If your child has ADHD, and is truly the most hyper child you have ever seen, your dog can help you with that. Dogs are hyper and inattentive too, and can actually help you child exert energy.

Children with ADHD and dogs go hand in hand. They both need to exert energy in order compose themselves and calm themselves in a positive way. Here are some great ways you calm your child and your pup.

Fetch: Games like fetch can help your child and your dog bond, as well as help them exert energy.

Frisbee: Frisbee is a great way for your child to focus on hand eye coordination while running about and playing with their dog. It is great exercise for both of them.

Walks: Taking both your child and your dog for a walk can help them fulfill the urge to move, and help you with a great cardio work out to go with it.

Dog Parks: Dog parks are a great way for your dog and your child to make new friends. There is plenty of room to run and romp while you sit back on a bench and relax. Your dog can meet other pups, your child can meet new children, and you can finally get the rest you deserve.

To learn more about how your dog can help your child with their ADHD, purchase the book above. It is full of useful information that can benefit your child and your pup!
